We do:

  • Procure equipments, machineries, materials & tools with strict compliance with Quality and Specification requirements of project.
  • Procure materials or engage in subcontracting in a timely manner within approved budgeted cost.
  • Checking all ex-stocks availability in central stores, garage, and yard and to maintain proper inventory.
  • Ensure timely delivery of items with an ultimate aim of smooth progress of work at the sites, support site installation works as per approved work schedule.
  • Conform to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality
  • Prepare documentation for internal processes complying with all statutory, client specific quality standards
  • Periodic inspections at work sites to ensure proper material management, and making sure unused materials are collected back to central stores and to maintain proper inventory for each and every such transactions.
  • Develop and maintain good relations with suppliers, consultants and subcontractors and to conserve the integrity & prominence by fair businesses and prompt disbursements.
